3. Made-to-order production
Most SCHWITT SHOT products are manufactured after an order is placed.
The standard production and order-preparation period is approximately 3–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Personalized products, individually tailored products, limited-edition drops and orders placed during periods of unusually high demand may require additional production time.
Where a substantial delay is expected, SCHWITT SHOT will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the email address or telephone number provided with the order.
4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated total delivery times after successful order confirmation are:
- Yerevan: approximately 10–12 business days;
- other locations within Armenia: approximately 13–17 business days.
The delivery time for locations outside Yerevan includes approximately 3–5 additional business days.
These periods are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays in the Republic of Armenia.
5. Delivery provider
Orders are generally delivered through Onex.
SCHWITT SHOT may use another suitable courier or logistics provider where necessary to complete the delivery.
The available delivery provider may depend on the customer’s address, order size, product type and operational circumstances.
6. Shipping charges
The standard shipping charge is approximately AMD 4,000, displayed in the applicable checkout currency.
The exact shipping charge is calculated and displayed before the customer completes payment.
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
- the destination;
- parcel dimensions or weight;
- order quantity;
- delivery conditions;
- courier pricing;
- promotional campaigns.
7. Free shipping
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders with a merchandise value exceeding USD 179.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- the threshold is calculated after discounts;
- shipping charges are not included when determining whether the order qualifies;
- personalization or individual-tailoring fees may be excluded from the threshold;
- free shipping applies only to the standard shipping method within Armenia.
The checkout page displays whether an order qualifies for free shipping.
8. Order confirmation
After successful payment, the customer receives an order-confirmation email containing:
- the order number;
- ordered products;
- selected quantities and options;
- the delivery address;
- the amount paid;
- other relevant order information.
The customer should review the confirmation email immediately and report any error as soon as possible.
9. Delivery address changes
A customer may request a correction to the delivery address within two business days after placing the order.
Address-change requests should be sent to:
The request should include:
- the customer’s full name;
- order number;
- original delivery address;
- corrected delivery address;
- contact telephone number.
SCHWITT SHOT will make reasonable efforts to update the address but cannot guarantee a change if the order has already entered an advanced fulfilment stage or has been transferred to the delivery provider.
An address change may affect the delivery time or shipping charge.
10. Customer responsibility for address information
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:
- recipient’s full name;
- city or locality;
- street name;
- building or house number;
- apartment number, where applicable;
- postal code, where applicable;
- valid telephone number;
- any delivery instructions reasonably required to locate the address.
If an address clearly does not exist, is incomplete or cannot be located, SCHWITT SHOT or the delivery provider may contact the customer for clarification.
Where an incorrect apartment number, house number, telephone number or other inaccurate information prevents successful delivery, the customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery costs.
11. Tracking information
Where tracking is available, the customer will receive a tracking number or tracking link by email, through the customer account or through another available communication channel.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been transferred to the delivery provider.
The absence of tracking information does not necessarily mean that an order has not been shipped.
12. Delivery attempts
The delivery provider may contact the customer before or during delivery.
The customer should ensure that:
- the provided telephone number is active;
- someone is available to receive the parcel;
- the delivery provider can reasonably access the address.
If delivery cannot be completed, a further delivery attempt may be made.
Additional delivery charges may apply where the failed attempt resulted from:
- the customer’s absence;
- an incorrect or incomplete address;
- an unreachable telephone number;
- refusal to accept an order without a lawful reason;
- another circumstance attributable to the customer.
13. Unsuccessful delivery and parcel storage
Following an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel may be transferred to a warehouse or another storage location in Armenia.
A standard order may be stored for approximately three business days, during which SCHWITT SHOT or the delivery provider may attempt to contact the customer and arrange a further delivery attempt.
A personalized or individually tailored order may be stored for up to ten business days.
Where the customer does not respond or does not arrange receipt after reasonable contact attempts, SCHWITT SHOT may treat the order as unclaimed and take measures permitted by applicable law.
Any redelivery, storage or return-to-sender charge caused by the customer may be deducted from a refundable amount only where permitted by law.
14. Personalized and individually tailored orders
Personalized and individually tailored products are manufactured specifically for the customer.
The customer must carefully review all personalization details before confirming the order, including:
- name or phrase spelling;
- size;
- colour;
- embroidery placement;
- individual measurements;
- other customized specifications.
A personalized order that cannot be delivered because of inaccurate customer information or repeated customer unavailability remains subject to the failed-delivery provisions of this Policy.
Personalized products cannot normally be reassigned, resold, returned or refunded due solely to the customer’s failure to receive the parcel, except where required by law.
15. Receipt of the parcel
The customer or authorized recipient should inspect the external condition of the parcel upon delivery where reasonably possible.
If the parcel appears visibly opened, crushed, wet or seriously damaged, the customer should:
- take photographs before opening it;
- notify the courier where possible;
- retain the packaging;
- contact SCHWITT SHOT promptly.
The customer is encouraged to report visible damage, an incorrect product or an obvious manufacturing defect within 24 hours after receipt.
The 24-hour notification period helps with courier investigations but does not remove any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
16. Lost shipments
A shipment is not considered lost merely because the estimated delivery period has passed.
Before classifying a shipment as lost, SCHWITT SHOT may request that the delivery provider conduct an investigation.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost before delivery, the customer may choose between:
- a replacement product at no additional cost, where reasonably available; or
- a refund through the original payment method.
A gift card or store credit may be offered only as an optional alternative and will be issued only with the customer’s agreement.
17. Damaged shipments
If a product is materially damaged during delivery, the customer should contact:
The claim should include:
- customer name;
- order number;
- description of the damage;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the parcel and packaging;
- an unpacking video, where available.
An unpacking video is helpful but optional and is not the sole condition for accepting a valid claim.
After confirming the damage, SCHWITT SHOT will offer the remedies available under applicable law, which may include:
- replacement;
- refund;
- another solution agreed with the customer.
18. Incorrect delivery
If the customer receives:
- the wrong product;
- the wrong size or colour due to a SCHWITT SHOT error;
- the wrong quantity;
- a product intended for another customer;
the customer should contact SCHWITT SHOT as soon as possible.
SCHWITT SHOT will arrange an appropriate return, replacement or refund and will cover reasonable standard shipping costs resulting from its own error.
19. Delivery delays
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances including:
- limited-edition launches;
- unusually high order volumes;
- production delays;
- public holidays;
- adverse weather;
- transportation disruption;
- technical failures;
- courier delays;
- inaccurate customer information;
- government restrictions;
- border or infrastructure disruptions;
- force-majeure events.
SCHWITT SHOT will make reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed of a substantial known delay.
A delay beyond an estimated delivery period does not automatically mean that the shipment is lost.
20. Order cancellation after shipment
Once an order has been transferred to the delivery provider, it may no longer be operationally possible to cancel the shipment.
For an eligible non-personalized product, the customer may exercise applicable return rights after receiving the order.
Personalized or individually tailored products remain subject to the exclusions stated in the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
21. Shipping fees and refunds
Shipping fees are handled according to the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy and applicable Armenian law.
Where a customer lawfully withdraws from an eligible distance purchase, the refundable amount may include the cost of the standard delivery method as required by law.
Additional amounts paid for an expedited or more expensive delivery method may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Where delivery fails because of inaccurate information or another circumstance attributable to the customer, related shipping charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
22. Refused deliveries
A customer should not refuse delivery without first contacting SCHWITT SHOT, except where the parcel is visibly damaged or there is another reasonable basis for refusal.
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a full refund.
Any refund will be determined after the parcel is returned and inspected and will remain subject to:
- the nature of the product;
- personalization status;
- shipping costs;
- the reason for refusal;
- applicable consumer law.
23. Contact regarding delivery
For questions about delivery, delayed orders, address corrections, lost parcels or damaged shipments, contact:
Telephone and WhatsApp:

Please include the order number in all delivery-related communications.
24. Changes to this Policy
SCHWITT SHOT may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in:
- delivery providers;
- shipping areas;
- prices;
- production processes;
- international-delivery availability;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
The version applicable to an order is normally the version published and accepted when that order was placed.
25. Governing law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Nothing in this Policy restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
26. Languages
This Shipping Policy is available in English, Russian and Armenian.
The English version is the controlling version to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where mandatory Armenian law provides otherwise, the applicable legal rule will prevail.
